Special needs trusts allow people with disabilities to protect their assets while remaining eligible for Medicaid, Waiver and SSI. We offer special needs trusts, future planning, benefits counseling and a Charitable Residual Program.
Achieving True Self
In Western PA, we provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) in homes and communities, and/or at our Center for Achievement in Irwin, PA. Also at the center, we have occupational and speech therapies available. In Westmoreland County, we offer services as part of the ID/A Waiver(s). ATS also presents training and consultations for school organizations, which includes in-service days, behavioral health climate assessments, as well as implementing and maintaining a bully prevention program (the Olweus model).
ACLD Tillotson School
ACLD, Inc. is a non-profit organization that currently has three programs: The ACLD Tillotson School is an Approved Private School for students K-12 with disabilities. The ShYFT Program is an 18-21 year-old program to support the independence of young adults with disabilities. The Evaluation Center is a new program that completes comprehensive evaluations for individuals.

We are a nonprofit organization that provides educational advocacy for Indiana and Armstrong Counties. We also have many events/programs/trainings/clinics for individuals with disabilities free of cost.
Arc of Pennsylvania
Our state office coordinates strategic, grassroots advocacy efforts; provides policy analysis and training, and implements the statewide Include Me and the Arc Discovery Employment Transitions (ADEPT) programs that service children and adults. BAYADA Habilitation
BAYADA Habilitation provides clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities the ability to have a safe home life, as well as participate in their community with the comfort and independence they deserve. We provide personal-care assistance, but stress the importance of community integration and teaching our clients to be independent.
